Council Inspection

We’re pleased to advise that Council completed their inspection of Oceanic Tower as part of the Plan Sealing process on Tuesday, 26th November 2024. Council will now assess their observations against the relevant conditions of the  development approval.

We look forward to advising you once the Plan is sealed which in turn will enable lodgement of titles to occur. In the meantime, we are pleased to share some photos of the pool which was recently filled.

Plan Sealing lodgement!

We’re pleased to advise the Project Surveyor successfully lodged for Plan Sealing on Wednesday, 6 November 2024. Council will now assess the relevant documentation and carry out their necessary inspections of Oceanic Tower to ensure compliance with the development approval.

We look forward to advising you once the Plan is sealed which in turn will enable lodgement of titles to occur.

Landscape Works

As per the attached photos. We’re pleased to inform you that all landscape works are now complete and underwent a council inspection on 25 October 2024. We are confident the lush greenery and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces will provide you with a beautiful environment to enjoy for many years to come.

Scaffold removal

All scaffold has now been removed from the lower levels of Oceanic Tower enabling the remaining lower sections of the façade to now have their final coats of paint applied.

Final Cleans of Apartments

Our team has commenced the final cleaning of the apartments. We’re dedicated to ensuring that your new home is in pristine condition and ready for your move-in.
